My Famous Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef (or 1 lb. beef, 1 lb. ground pork, sausage, turkey, chicken etc. whatever sounds good, just use two pounds)
1 envelope dry onion soup
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon horseradish (optional)
1/3 cup catsup or BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic

Mix well and pat into loaf pan.  Bake at 350* for 1 hour 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and drain visible drippings out of pan.  Let sit for about 10 minutes and remove to a plate or platter.
**This recipe can also be used for meatballs, just omit the cheese,  (gets a little messy)
